Stower Family:: Family Portrait Session

On Saturday’s post I mentioned that I’m playing a little catch up! So, today I’ve got more of the wonderful Stower family! I shared their sneak peek weeks ago but today I get to share more of this fabulously fun family!! My session with them was so much fun; they had me cracking up the entire time! I love being able to capture the love and joy in a family- one of the many privileges in my occupation! I’ll also mention that their session was scheduled on Super Bowl Sunday and these men were super champs for not complaining (too much). We were able to get wrapped up in time for them to finish their family fun by halftime and watch the Giants take the win!

Thank you Stower/ Switzer family!! You all made me feel so welcomed and I loved getting to share in your family’s joy!!

It’s that time again! Valentine’s day was earlier this week and my sister and her husband sent out their annual cards to friends and family. (She does this in lieu of a Christmas card; less stress, pure brilliance!!) Now since those cards of love have reached their family and friends, I get to share the rest of their session here on the blog. Call me biased, but I think that I have the cutest niece and nephew in the world! And Rosetta and Andrew are pretty fabulous as well-  I so much love all of them!! I also need to mention that they added a little one to their family- sweet Coco, a nine week Spinone Italiano puppy!  Oh, she’s adorable!!  I have quite a bit to share but you really don’t mind when they’re as cute as this family!

Ms. M is elated to have that sweet puppy snuggle her!

 

She’s going to be a big girl- 9 weeks old and she’s near 20 pounds!

Last week I got to catch up with Marney and meet more of her beautiful family! Some of you may remember the beautiful blue-eyed girl I was privileged to photograph last spring, cutie-pie Makynli, for her four month portraits. (I love babies at four months!! Oh, so super cute!)  So you can imagine my joy when Marney called me before Christmas and wanted to go in with her brother and get a gift certificate for their mom for a portrait session with her whole family!  And the February weather cooperated with us beautifully!  Here’s just a sneak peek of the fabulous portraits that we captured- and let me say, this family is so much fun to hang with!  Never a dull moment with this crew!  Thank you Stower Family!!

So many of you have followed the adorable Pagan family over the last several years here on my blog. Two years ago, I was able to share images from their “reveal party” when all their close family and friends discovered the gender of their baby to come in October.  Then, Jeremy and Kelly invited me into the room when they met their princess for the first time; an amazing experience and an honor to share with them!  And for the last year I’ve had such great fun capturing their beautiful family (here she is at five months and again at nine months) !! Well, it’s only fitting to get to share with you their portraits from their most recent time in front of my camera.  They had some exciting news that they wanted to share with their family and friends and got some pictures for a Valentine’s Day card to spread some love all around!  Enjoy!

Happy New Years! There’s something I love about this time of the year… Christmas decorations are put back up until next year, house is getting cleaned from the busy celebrations (carpet cleaners will be coming on Friday!), and I get to make lists!!  I love my lists!  At times, I’ve even been known to make lists for my lists… yeah, I’m a nerd like that.  And on my list is to share the last of my beautiful families I photographed in 2011.  Today I get to share the fabulous Schulze family- I have been privileged to shoot this family’s portraits for the last couple years now and I just LOVE every minute, every time!  Seriously, they all could be models!!  And what’s more, they are simply a fantastic family!! Amy and Rai are beautifully in love and their fun-loving boys are awesome! See for yourself!!

Can you say gorgeous?!

 

 

I hope this year brings wonderful blessings to you all- whether it bring the celebration of a graduation, an engagement to your soul mate, a beautiful wedding day, the welcoming of a little bitty baby or just fabulous time with your fun and crazy family!  May 2012 be a beautiful celebration of life!!
